Design |
We design and build a professional web site. This includes a telephone consultation, and creating a unique 'look' for your site. We use additional information and graphics that you provide by email. There is no limit on the number of pages, but an overall limit of 1,000 words text, 10 images, and (if you use a third-party vendor) 5 products for online selling. This gives you a functional web site that is well organised and looks professional. You can add to or enhance it yourself, adding more text, images and products. |

Hosting |
We set up your web site, register your domain name (YourName.co.nz or similar), and host your site on our servers. The monthly charge covers, domain name registration, site hosting, access to detailed statistics on your site visitors, and unlimited use of our online Editor. There is a storage limit of 50MBand a monthly traffic limit of 500MB. |

Editor |
You can update your web site with our easy-to-use online Editor. You can add images, links, and other resources such as pdf files or zip files. The result: instant updates, just as fast as you can type them. |

Usability |
Every site is built to our exacting design guidelines. This means your site is optimised for search engines to find, and optimised for visitors to use. A highlight is the drop down menu for site navigation – as used on our own web pages, but fully customised to your site. We also list your site with Google. |

Sales |
We support online sales with third party credit card sales providers such as 2CheckOut and PayPal. These providers look after the entire purchase process including providing a 'shopping cart' service if desired. They provide you with the correct links to place on your 'products' page. You paste the links in with our online Editor, and you are up and running. (Registering with 2CheckOut takes a few minutes and costs US$49. It then takes a few minutes to set up your product details with 2CheckOut.) Pairing a HilderBuild web site with a 2CheckOut vendor account is probably the fastest and cheapest way for most small businesses to set up for Internet sales. |

We direct all mail for your domain, eg sales@yourdomain.co.nz, to your exisiting e-mail address. There is no need to change anything – mail to your new email addresses will come to your existing in-box. |
